Project: School Network Installations in Berlin – Spandau District

We carried out comprehensive structured cabling and power installations across several educational facilities in the Spandau district of Berlin.
Scope of work:

Installation and modernization of server cabinets
Full LAN cabling for data networks
Labeling and testing of every cable using LANtek cable certifier, ensuring compliance with the latest industry standards and certifications
Construction of cable trays and ducts
Power supply installation for server racks
Installation of data sockets and Wireless Access Point in classrooms
Cable pathways and core drilling for cable routing
Assembly of cable trunking systems

Each installation was completed with full documentation and certification protocols. Our focus was on delivering a stable, certified infrastructure ready for intensive daily use in educational environments.

Project: Oberhavel Kliniken – Oranienburg

We participated in the modernization of the network and electrical infrastructure at the Oberhavel Kliniken hospital in Oranienburg, where the building was being extended with new wings while remaining fully operational.
Our tasks included:

Rebuilding and upgrading LAN and server racks
Electrical testing and certification of installations
Installing network sockets in cable ducts across hospital rooms and corridors
Connecting surge protection devices to the main building power supply
Installing and programming emergency lighting control cabinets
Mounting emergency lighting fixtures
Routing CAT7 network cabling and 230V power lines throughout the newly added areas

Working in a live hospital environment required precise coordination, attention to safety, and minimizing any disruption to the medical facility.

Project: Electrical Installations –
Residential & Hotel Complex, Heide Str., Berlin

We completed a full-scale electrical installation project in a new residential and hotel complex located on Heide Str. in Berlin.
Scope of work:

Complete electrical installations in residential apartments
Main power cabling and distribution systems
Installation and connection of main switchboards and apartment-level distribution boards
Lighting systems for staircases, corridors, and technical areas
Emergency lighting installation throughout the building
Power supply and control systems for elevators
Wiring and integration of intercom systems
Installation of smoke detectors and evacuation signaling
Cabling and setup for automated window shutter systems
Implementation of a centralized control system for sun protection shutters, enabling unified management across the building

All installations were carried out according to the latest safety and quality standards, ensuring long-term reliability and seamless integration with smart building infrastructure.

Project: Gasometer Schöneberg – Berlin

At the iconic Gasometer Schöneberg site in Berlin – a former gas storage facility turned modern building – we carried out comprehensive installation works within its uniquely cylindrical steel structure.

Scope of work:

Construction of extensive cable trays throughout the facility
Connection of ventilation system sensors to control cabinets, including:
– temperature sensors,
– airflow and pressure detectors,
– and other building automation components
Integration of actuators and valves in the ventilation network (dampers, airlocks)
Installation of fire safety systems: wiring automatic smoke ventilation windows and dampers for emergency exhaust
Laying of power cables for various elements of the ventilation infrastructure

The work combined technical complexity with the architectural challenge of operating inside a historic, round structure. Precision, adaptability, and coordination with other trades were key to delivering quality results in such a unique environment.

Project: Märkische Allee Residential Tower – Berlin-Marzahn


Our tasks included:

Installation of fiber optic cabling from the basement to the top floor through vertical shafts, covering 200+ residential units
Laying and connecting intercom system cabling for each apartment
Installation of lighting fixtures in stairwells and corridors
Installation of emergency lighting fixtures and full wiring for the emergency lighting system
Connection and programming of the emergency lighting control cabinet
Implementation of fire protection installations across the building
Installation and connection of main switchboards

The project was carried out in a 20-storey residential building located on Märkische Allee in Berlin-Marzahn. Due to the scale and height of the structure, precise coordination and safe routing of vertical cabling were crucial for the successful completion of the project.
